I found a Hosting Company which give hosting for 17 Rupees per month

I consider low cost to be around $5-$6.

I'd say the overall best host goes to 1and1.com

they can afford to shell out low cost hosting because they are....HUGE

They advertise in all PC Magazines... Cheapest, greatest hosting is the 1and1 Home Package...!

Yeap, I've used and I actually never had Downtime...lol

beware, they Don't have cPanel.

However, I never needed cPanel because 1and1 has a custom cPanel lol
but their great
